Responsibilites: Handling company license and legal documents; coordinating, administering and monitoring as well as advisory supporting in every corporate action (review, draft, revise).

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
* Extensively exposed in corporate action, contract drafting, legal review & opinion, license and documentation.
* At least 5 years of working experience in plantation industry.

Officer Corporate Affair (OCA) Placement: Jakarta
Responsibilites: Responsible for all internal and external communications, including things like employee newsletters, annual business reports and press releases.

Requirements:

* Superior communications (written and verbal).
* Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skill.
* Analytical skill and be able to perform well under pressure.
* Experience and knowledge in Public Relation or Corporate Affair (preferably those who worked in agricultural business).

HRD Staff Placement: Jakarta
Responsibilites: Doing organizational analysis (including job analysis, leveling & competency mapping), Performance Management, and developing SOP for HR practice in plantation industry.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
* Max. 30 years old.
* Conceptual and Strategic thinking.
* Having min. 2 years experience as organizational Development Staff in plantation industry.

Enterprise Application System Staff Placement: Jakarta
Responsibilites: Develop and maintenance information system application for Plantations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in IT, Computer Science, Information System, or related.
* Max. 28 years old.
* Having good knowledge in HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS.
* Having good knowledge in Java Technology.
* Strong logical and analytical thinking.
* Having up to 2 years of working experience in related fields for staff position.
* Min. 5 years of working experience in related fields for officer position.

IT Staff Placement: Jakarta
Responsibilites: Handling troubleshooting, support user, LAN, network, and server maintenance.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology.

* Good knowledge in computer system (hardware and software), TCP/IP configuration, Operating System, Linux Desktop and Server.

Responsibilites: Managing daily accounting process, manage and control sub-ledger, and manage taxation.

Requirements:

Field Assistant Placement: West Kalimantan
Responsibilites: Implementing Good Agricultural Practice in the process of land clearing, seeding, fertilizing and preventing pest/plan disease.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Agronomy, Soil Science and Plant/Pest Diseases.
* Max 35 years old.
* Having min. 2 years of working experience in the same position (in well-known plantation companies preferred).

Estate Controller Finance / KTU Placement: West Kalimantan
Responsibilites: To manage estate documentation systems, doing financial and assets records, procurement and expenditure items, as well as personnel administration.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Max. 35 years old.
* Min. 3 years of working experience as KTU (preferably in well-known plantation companies).
* Has integrity, attention to detail and tidiness at work.

Engineer Assistant Placement: West Kalimantan
Responsibilites: To manage and maintenance heavy equipments, machineries and vehicles.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Mechanization.
* Max of 30 years old.
* Experience in mechanical / machinery (mainly from plantation companies).
* Have an interpersonal skill and a team-player.

GIS Staff Placement: West Kalimantan
Responsibilites: Land Survey and mapping using GIS Applications.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degee (S1) in Soil Science, Geodesy, or Geography.
* Max of 35 years old.
* Having experience in field survey, land measurements, and mapping.
* Experience in Palm Oil Plantation will be a plus.

Estate Finance Audit Staff Placement: West Kalimantan
Responsibilites:

* Conduct regular audits and manage tasks/special projects covering all HPI-Agro's Business Unit.
* Assessing operational efficiency and effectiveness; Verify compliace with internal systems & procedures.
* Making sure that operating procedures are followed in daily activities.
* Checking the adequacy of physical stock, card stock, stock accounts and cash count.
* Prepare working papers and audit reports to superiors about the scope of the audit.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting or Management, from a reputable university with min. GPA of 2,75.
* Min. of 26 years old.
* Having min. 2 years of working experience as an Auditor in plantation company.

Survey Coordinator Placement: West Kalimantan
Responsibilites: Managing land survey and measurement process, while maintaining the surveyor team.

Requirements:

* Having a minimum educational background from SMK Agronomy or Survey and Mapping.
* Having min 4 years as a Koordinator Surveyor.
* Experience in using GPS, theodolite, and knowledge about field survey, land measurements and mapping.
* Has a healthy physique, adaptability, leadership, and good teamwork.

Kepala Administrasi dan Umum Placement: West Kalimantan
Responsibilites: Recording daily Accounting activities in the operational sites.

Requirements:

* Having a minimum educational background of D3 in Accounting.
* Basic knowledge about Accounting for Plantation.
* Experience in using Microsoft Excel.
* Having interest in Administration and a good teamwork

Trainee Placement: West Kalimantan

General Requirements:

* Willing to be placed in our operational sites (West Kalimantan).
* Willing to follow a 6 months training session and 2 years of working contract.
