* Min. Ahli Nautika Tingkat III (ANT III) Degree
* Min. 2 years sailed as an Officer, preferably experienced as a Captain
* Willing to attend Diklat Calon Pandu
* Willing to be placed in all company operation area
* Healty and drug free
* Min. height 160 cm
* Not color-blind and normal visual acuity
* Fluent in English
* Have a good swimming ability
* Willing to undergo offices bond
