Having a dynamic and vigorous Sales and Marketing team, we manage to sustain and develop portfolio of Sales & Marketing activities to become one of significant players in fast moving consumer goods, particularly in Beverage commerce, Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI) - National Office is inviting the right candidate to fill in the position in Strategic Planning area as Channel Strategy and Development Manager – Modern Foodstore.

Channel Strategy and Development Manager – Modern Foodstore responsible for developing channel strategies and principle guideline for execution/activation plans for the Modern Foodstore channel according to the Company’s directions, market opportunities and competition dynamics.

In this position, you will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

* Having understanding in consumer/shopper, the market, the outlets’ nature and characteristics, the potentiality and the route to market of Modern Foodstore channel.
* Initiating market/customer/consumer research in the absence of data and to gain more insights
* Devising and strengthening channels marketing strategies and plans, which include the role of channel marketing in creating the linkage between the purchase decision to consumer occasion through relevant picture of success:
* Creating relevancy between brand and package, price/value proposition, Right CDE type and activation, and also Effective presence and consumer communication.
* Devising and strengthening channel marketing route to market to effectively serve the customers and execute in-outlet activation plans in the most optimal cost possible
* Working together with National MFS team to drive on new initiatives in the Modern Foodstore channel to capture opportunities with consumers and customers
* Developing guidance & principle for channel-based customer program which will provide competitive customer profitability and motivate customers to follow the picture of success and support our marketing efforts
* Reviewing & monitoring Modern Foodstore Channel performance and market insights to provide Senior and Operational management with regular reports, relevant insights and recommended actions.
* Consistently review and analysis channel profitability as well as volume mix for channel improvement & strategy development
* Ensuring all Modern Foodstore channel programs developed are within approved strategy
* Managing & developing subordinate’s performance and capability
* Taking responsibility for provide and manage a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedure, induction, training and work instruction are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.

To become a successful candidate for this position you are expected to have:

* Holding minimum bachelor degree from reputable university (Master degree would be preferable)
* Having more than 8 years experience in sales and markeitng (experience in channel development would be preferable)
* Excellent knowledge in accounting and marketing principles
* Excellent knowledge and skill in system and procedure
* Having a skill in building strategic working relationship
* A strategic decision making person
* Great in building partnership and in planning and organizing

OHS Education Manager is a position in Human Resources Department that reports to National OHS Manager. The Occupational Health & Safety Education Manager responsible to develop and provide OHS curriculum for all position in company. This position is also responsible for developing OHS training material and delivers OHS training.

To fill this position, you will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

* Developing OHS curriculum for each job position based on CCBI, CCA and TCCMS requirements.
* Evaluating regularly OHS training materials based on CCBI, CCA and TCCMS requirements.
* Ensuring safety awareness is an integral part of annual and business planning.
* Taking responsible report regularly to National OHS Manager
* Ensuring OHS curriculums are delivered as planned.
* Promoting health and safety awareness within organization and communicate company OHS to interested parties.
* Leading a development and improvement of OHS curriculum and OHS training materials in line with organization changes
* Promoting OHS innovation through OHS training or other OHS communication media
* Delivering OHS induction and other OHS trainings in National Office
* Taking on other assigned duties or tasks as required by the business

In charge for the mentioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

* Holding minimum bachelor degree (S1) majoring engineering/OHS major from reputable university(Master degree with OHS/ engineering major would be an advantages)
* Having Minimum 5 years in Substantial OHS training experience
* Great understanding about OHS, Risk analysis, OHS Law and Regulation and also OHS internal audit
* Experience and knowledge for Business acumen in OHS perspective
* Having a great skill for Coaching, development others and able to facilitate change
