Senior HR Training Coordinator (HRTC)
Analyze and coordinate all internal and external training needs, to achieve targets and improve human resources skills

Requirement :

* S1-Psychology / Business Administration major preferred
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in manufacturing company
* Age 35 - 45 years

Senior Mechanic Engineer (EM)
Perform maintenance of mechanic part of paper machineries

Requirement :

* D3 / S1-Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
* Minimum 5 years experience in heavy industry, preferably pulp and paper
* Age 30 - 40 years

Senior Electric Engineer (EE)
Perform maintenance of drive system and power distribution of paper machineries

Requirement :

* D3 / S1-Electrical Engineering from reputable university
* Minimum 5 years experience in heavy industry, preferably pulp and paper
* Age 30 – 40 years

Senior Production Staff (PROD)
Operate Stock Preparation and / or Paper Machinery equipments, and assure equipments are running efficiently

Requirement :

* S1-Mechanical / Chemical Engineering from reputable university
* Minimum 5 years experience in heavy industry, preferably pulp and paper
* Age 30 - 40 years

R and D Staff (R and D)
Monitor process performance and perform analysis for process improvement

Requirement :

* S1-Chemical Engineering from reputable university
* Age 30 - 40 years

HR Department Head (HRD)
Manage Human Resources Division including Industrial Relation

Requirement :

* Male
* S1-Economic / Business Administration / Industrial Engineer / Law from reputable university
* Minimum 5 years in the same position in manufacturing company
* Age 40 - 48 years, in good health
* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well independently

General requirements :

* Minimum GPA 3.0
* Good verbal and written communication in English
* Computer literate (minimum MS Office)
* Willing to work in shifts at factory location in Cikarang Barat, West Java
