Originally from Paris, Buddha-Bar Jakarta hosts the majestic and historical building that nestles in one of the main roads of the prestigious Menteng vicinity. Executive Chef
Qualification:
* Creating menus for East Meets West Fusin Fine Dining
* Food preparation
* Managing Kitchen Team (Including Scheduling, Training and supervising the kitchen operation)
* Advanced cooking skills and techniques
* Finely honed sense of smell and taste
* Ability to work on a team
* Ability to work quicky
* Eye for safety and sanitation
* Establishing and maintaining contacts with vendors
* Marketing
* Overseeing customer relations
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma Degree from Hotel Institute
* More than 5 years of working experiences
* Preferably have experienced as Executive Chef for fine dining restaurant, hotels and / or hospitality industry
* Well-developed sense of taste and smell
* Good personal hygiene and a willingness to work with a team
* Familiarity with a foreign language may also prove useful in communicating with other workers
* Perfect English is a must
* Gordon Ramsay style is your style or similar
* Ideally expat or Indonesian with long international experiences
* Strong in Asian / Pacific Rim Cuisine and Western
Bartender (Female)
Qualification:
* Female
* Age between 20-25 years old
* Communicative in English (verbal and written)
* Attractive and Pleasant Personality
* Height min. 160 cm (Proportional)
* Easily to adapt
* Willing to work in shift
* Willing to work under pressure
* Good in team work
* People and service oriented
* Minimum Diploma 1 in F&B or vocational school
* Preferably has minimum 1 year experienced as host or receptionist in lounge our bar or restaurant or hotel industries
