PERSONAL BANKER (PB)
Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
* Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
* Having experience in sales will be an advantage
* A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
* Excellent selling and networking skills
* Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
* Highly motivated, discipline and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Proficient in written and spoken English

HR Operation Staff (report to HR Operation Manager)
Key Responsibilities:

* Handling staff loan application process :
o Do check list for staff loan application, verified the approval form and make sure the entire supporting documents for staff loan are complete,
o Coordinate with others Bank in order to take over loan for new employee,
o Coordinate with credit operation & documentation unit for staff loan application process,
o Responsible for staff loan conversion (staff loan become consumer loan),
o Handling any others issues related with staff loan.
* Handling medical claim reimbursement,
* Handling Daily Cash Allowance payment for business trip or training,
* Handling Jamsostek payment and report, and others in related with Jamsostek,
* Handling staff correspondence to the third party, such as provide reference letter for passport application, visa application, working statement letter for other bank and for training purposes,
* Handling staff resignation documentation, such as collecting all exit forms, collecting ID Card and medical card insurance; coordinate with IT for access deletion, etc,
* Assisting payroll process administration, such as collecting time sheet from driver, checking the calculation of driver’s overtime & daily attendance, preparing list of staff holiday allowance payment, preparing list of staff weekend allowance payment, parking registration and cancellation, others,
* Other administration duties

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university with GPA >3.00
* At least 3 (three) year of working experience in Human Resources Administration, preferably in banking institution
* Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
* Mature, self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
* High speed and accuracy, customer service attitude, helpful and discipline
* Highly motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills

Credit Analyst Officer (CAO)
Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
* At least 3 years experience in Retail and/or SME/Commercial Lending within a full service bank, preferably within a Risk Management role
* A good understanding of the Bank of Indonesia Regulations and general law relating to lending and securities
* Sound financial analysis skills
* Ability to command a PCAA commensurate with the role
* Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a commercial environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with business partners
* PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
* Proficient in written and spoken English
